This role is classified as a Level 4 role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement (with a base salary range of $96,483 - $106,688). The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, People & Operations and working closely with the Head of Audience & Programming, this role will:

- Consolidate and analyse audience performance across TV, On Demand, BVOD and social platforms.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards and performance summaries to inform programming, commissioning and digital strategies.
- Support ROI analysis for new commissions and productions, ensuring decisions are data-informed.
- Maintain and update audience reference sheets, KPIs and performance reports for NITV stakeholders.
- Manage the relationship with SBS Audience Data & Insights (AD&I) and the NITV Audience Panel to capture and share insights effectively.
- Provide actionable insights and data presentations to senior leaders, enabling evidence-based decision-making across the network.

About You

Ideally, you will bring:

- At least 3 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting or audience measurement within media or a related industry.
- Proficiency in audience measurement tools (OzTAM, VPM, VOZ, Adobe Analytics), Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Tableau and an interest in emerging BI tools and data analysis platforms.
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for Indigenous storytelling, the media industry, and the unique role NITV plays in Australia.
