**The role**

This marketing campaign management role is responsible for the end-end delivery of prioritised campaigns, focussing on rewards and loyalty campaigns, including budget responsibility, media and creative/content management. It will draw on internal specialisations to ensure best-in-class campaigns (ie. Strategy and Insights, Customer Communication Insights and Channel Personalisation teams).

**Your opportunity**

**The role and Day-to-day will include**:
Work with relevant Head of and Senior Consultant Segment Marketing lead to:

- Ensure the successful delivery of Marketing Program Activity
- Deliver commercial outcomes for the business
- Be a key enabler of agile ways of working within marketing and the Domain.
- Integrate partner organisations into squad and delivery operating rhythms as required
- Drive consistent process, rhythms ‘one-way same way’ approach to campaign delivery including risk and financial management

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in marketing campaign delivery process and execution
- Banking and financial industry experience
- Experience as an Account Manager/marketing project management at an agency
- Stakeholder & Third-Party management experience
- Agile delivery experience
- Strong Creative excellence experience
- Strong Media expertise experience
