**Your new role**

The purpose of this part-time role is to provide a wide range of highly responsible and confidential administrative and general support services to support the Business Unit Management team.

**Duties**:

- Proactively coordinate and perform administration support across ITS including, but not limited to, lead team scheduling, diary management and event coordination
- Liaise and coordinate information across the Business Unit, with external and internal key Business Unit stakeholders and committees as required
- Guide and influence administration activities within the Business Unit
- Coordinate the preparation of Business Unit presentations/regular communications

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will have the following key skills:
Substantial support and administration experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation- Excellent interpersonal skills and an uncompromised customer service focus- Dedication and passion for organisation and administration- Forward-thinking and versatile, with the ability to use your initiative- Have the ability to juggle a number of tasks and prioritise where appropriate- Sound knowledge of the procedures and protocols for Board, Executive and other Committee Meeting Papers- Advanced skills in the full MS Office- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.- An active team player
