As the Assistant Manager, Marketing and Regional Support unit you will lead a talented marketing and client service support team that promotes QRIDA's regional service network, programs and services.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist the Senior Manager, Client Engagement and Communications through effective day to day management and support of QRIDA's Client Service Support and Marketing and Communications teams through:

- Providing timely communications and support on unit activities and initiatives;
- Providing support and coordination of operational and administrative needs;
- Ensuring effective coordination and management of regional marketing plans, events and related promotional activity;
- Facilitating and assisting in developing regional plans and strategies;
- Monitoring and reporting on the effective and timely delivery of services and performance against agreed KPI's and budget;
- Promoting an environment that values client service, high performance, and motivation.
- Support the Marketing and Communications team to develop, implement and evaluate their regional marketing plans and strategies to effectively deliver the desired messages to target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage the activities of the Client Services Support staff including QRIDA call centre / reception, logistics and event management and other regional support activities; and
- Support the RAM's with client and other stakeholder referrals.

The Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority (QRIDA) is a specialist provider of government financial and advisory support to rural and regional Queensland.
As a statutory body of the Queensland Government we have been helping primary producers and industry recover from natural disaster, improve sustainability and profitability, make a start in business, and overcome difficult conditions, for more than 20 years.
As the Queensland Government's experts in rural finance, we also administer the State Government's Farm Business Debt Mediation program, the Farm Debt Reconstruction Office, conduct a biennial Rural Debt Survey, undertake research and provide advice to the Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities.
QRIDA is empowered under the Rural and Regional Adjustment Act 1994 to deliver additional programs and services across a range of industry sectors and to local, state and territory governments throughout Australia and for the Australian Government.
