**Job Description**:

- Day to day you will:_
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and strategies to deliver on key campaign objectives;
- Build a deep understanding of Radio brands and marketing tactics to drive brand affinity, engagement, efficiency and effectiveness;
- Assist in project managing the implementation of survey tactics, program promotions, marketing events, talent, budgets, job sheets, creative briefs, prizes, post campaign reporting;
- Execute the radio partnerships and charity alignments including management and reporting of our CSA’s and Supports program.
- Maintain relevant department calendars, templates and suppliers’ database
- Manage contest sheets, winner databases and prize fulfilment;
- Responsible for station merchandise and signage;
- Analyse market analysis and consumer insights and trends to gain an intricate understanding of the Radio audiences in all demographics nationally and monitor changes to build and adapt marketing plans;
- Attendance at relevant events outside normal hours as required;

**Qualifications**:

- What we would like to see on your resume:_
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence
- Minimum 1 years relevant radio or marketing experience
- An appropriate tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, Media, Marketing or related discipline
- Proficient in PowerPoint, word and excel
- Experience in implementing consumer marketing campaigns, tactics and communications
- Strong communication and copy writing skills
- Understanding of the advertising, creative and production processes
- The ability to effectively and productively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
