Are you a leader experienced in supporting individuals from diverse and underrepresented communities to access employment pathways, workforce development, or career services?
We’re seeking a strategic and continuous improvement focused Inclusive Employment Pathways Coordinator to lead our team and design and oversee initiatives that create clear pathways to meaningful employment.

**What you will do**
- Lead the development and execution of a long-term vision for inclusive employment programs, positioning the organisation as a leader in workforce equity and innovation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with employers, industry leaders, educational institutions, government bodies, and community organisations to expand the reach and impact of employment pathways
- Establish a high-performing team culture that prioritises innovation, accountability, and excellence in program delivery
**What you'll bring/what we are looking for**
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Work, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) principles and experience embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into employment pathway initiatives
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Experience in employment pathways, workforce development, or career services, with a focus on supporting individuals from diverse and underrepresented communities
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver specific outcomes within clearly defined time and resource constraints
- Ability to manage program area budgets and operate within local government procurement and finance requirements
**Pre-employment requirements**
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- Psychometric Assessment

- Salary range $122,479.30 to $136,887.38 per annum plus super
- 18 weeks of paid parental leave - primary carer/2 weeks of paid parental leave - partner
