**About the role**

An opportunity has become available for an experienced and progressive Warehouse Manager to join our team. This position reports to the National Warehouse Manager and will be accountable for the efficient running of the new Truganina Warehouse (size 19000 sq mtr) supporting our dealer and company store networks.

In this role you will:

- Effectively manage a large warehouse and distribution resources to ensure high levels of internal and external customer service
- Manage inventory through the effective coordination of import containers, storage capacity, inventory levels and inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance to our HSE and statutory requirements
- Council, coach and manage performance as necessary
- Problem solve and communicate effectively with all parties
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement ideas and initiatives
- Implement automated processes

The capacity to lead, motivate and inspire a team will be very important and must be well complemented by a thorough knowledge of compliance, HSE and other statutory requirements.

A history of success in a similar role within a supply chain environment will be highly regarded. In addition you will hold a proven track record effectively managing and delivering process improvements with customer experience being front and centre.

The essential requirements for this role are strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels, previous managerial experience and computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is desirable. Training will be provided to assist you to succeed in the role.
