Join our growing team in Laverton North We're looking to fill urgent roles for one of our clients - a leading signage company seeking motivated individuals for two key roles: Warehouse Worker w/ LF and Experienced Signage Installer. Warehouse Worker w/ LF

About the Role:

You'll be involved in day-to-day warehouse operations including storing materials, picking and packing orders, scanning items, and light assembly of signage parts using cordless tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process incoming stock (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain high standards for audits
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe, and well-organised
  • Maintain inventory logs and report discrepancies
  • Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Follow all safety and quality service standards

Requirements:

  • Proven warehouse experience
  • Good verbal, written, and reading skills
  • Ability to use cordless power tools (drills, nail guns, skill saws, etc.)
  • Proficiency in inventory software and systems
  • Forklift licence required

Additional Info:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (overtime/weekends as needed)
  • Competitive hourly rate: $30–$35 based on experience

Experienced Signage Installer

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position where you'll install signage on-site, including Pylon Signs, cladding, and vinyl applications for national clients. You'll work across metro and regional sites, sometimes interstate, and collaborate with site managers and trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install signage with precision and quality
  • Liaise with site managers and team leads
  • Operate access equipment and hand/power tools
  • Complete HSSE paperwork and admin tasks
  • Support factory operations when not on-site
  • Maintain job budgets and ensure high-quality workmanship

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' signage installation experience
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Trade-based background
  • Access equipment tickets (EWP)
  • Full driver's licence
  • Bonus: WPCG Certification, First Aid, Gas testing, High Risk Work Licences

Additional Info:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (overtime/weekends as needed)
  • Travel and overnight stays may be required
  • Competitive hourly rate: $35–$45 based on experience
