**The Appointment**
Delivering an exceptional lifestyle experience to residents. This is a great opportunity for someone with an unwavering commitment to excellence, who is eager to represent an award winning and highly respected organisation.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include but are not be limited to:

- Managing front of house whilst providing exceptional, above and beyond service to residents and their guests.
- Welcoming new residents to the building, handing over of apartment keys and carrying out gym inductions.
- Providing residents with information on building amenities and assisting with amenity reservations.
- Coordinating day-to-day needs on behalf of residents and their guests, including facilitating parcel delivery, arranging courier and dry-cleaning services and booking transport.
- Checking cleanliness of common areas, gym, sauna and poolside, and advising Caretaking if further cleaning duty applies.

**The Appointee**
To be successful, you will have;
- A polished presentation and sophisticated communication skills.
- The ability to establish strong relationships with clients, residents and guests to identify, develop and tailor services to their individual needs.
- Flexibility to work out of hours (beyond 8.30am to 5.00pm).
- Current First Aid Certificate, or the ability to obtain this certification
