Join the dream team at Crystalbrook Byron. We're looking for a passionate and inspiring Food and Beverage leader to bring the magic to our dining experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee the full F&B operation — including Forest restaurant and bar, Room Service, and Conferencing. You’ll be responsible for delivering memorable guest experiences while guiding a dynamic team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is perfect for someone with a flair for flavour, a head for strategy, and a heart for people. You’ll help shape and implement service strategies, drive team engagement, and grow revenue, all while maintaining the unique vibe that makes Crystalbrook Byron special.

Your superpowers include:

- Manage operations and collaborator effectiveness
- Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food & Drink guides
- Providing a warm and genuine guest service experience
- Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
- Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
- Oversee multiple Food and Beverage venues while managing costs within a budget and driving revenue

You will need to demonstrate:

- A current NSW RSA Card
- Certificate IV in Hospitality
- Recent experience in food and beverage management in a high-end environment
- Availability across a 7 day roster - AM and PM shifts
- A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
- An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
