You’ll lead, develop, and mentor the Food and Beverage team in this busy and challenging, career-enhancing role. As an experienced Supervisor you’ll oversee operations to ensure efficient, friendly, guest-focused delivery of service across three Food & Beverage outlets. **This role is Full time working across a 7-day rotating roster.**

Depending on your experience and expertise, you may work Poolside at either our main Lagoon pool or our award-winning Adults only pool, or at Azure Restaurant

We are looking for leaders with exceptional organisational skills who are focused on high quality customer service and sequence of service standards. An excellent communicator who can juggle multiple tasks while addressing and resolving service issues and identifying areas of improvement. Is motivated and energetic, has a head for numbers and experience in the development of SOP's.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
- Previous hotel, resort or restaurant experience would be highly regarded
- Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team
- **Current NSW RSA** and drivers licence
- High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
- Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- As we approach our summer season we require you to be available to work all of December and January.

**Your responsibilities with include** confirmation of restaurant reservations, meeting and greeting with guests, address and resolve service issues and identify areas for improvement. Ensure prompt service of food and beverages in accordance with our sequence of service.

To be successful you will hold a current **NSW RSA**, be a strong team player, working well with other colleagues on the floor and our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Salary for this position is $66,000 + Super

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
