In this role you will encourage clients to become self-sufficient and lead fulfilling lives by offering them person-centered support, community access and personal care. You will be working in various residential homes across Southern Tasmanian region, Tasmania. The shifts currently on offer are a mixture of weekday and weekend along with active overnight shifts and all applicants must be able to workdays and night shifts on a regular basis. **Please note we require you to work a combination of shifts, including mornings, short community shifts, days, afternoons, sleepovers, and active nights through the week and weekends.** You will join a collaborative and supportive team, who will provide individualised training so you can best support our varied cohort of residents and clients in Launceston Tas regions. You will be a compassionate and reliable worker with a focus on empowering our residents and clients to live their best lives.
