A New Year and a new challenge await

NHP have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR Advisor OR a Human Resource Coordinator who is looking to take the next step up to provide exceptional people experience through a range of employee centric activities. You will contribute to a high performing HR team, through a blend of HR projects (eg. graduate program, competency enhancing, diversity & inclusion etc) and business partnering.

In the role, you will be HR representative for a designated client group, as well being involved in other areas of NHP, as required.

- Provision of advice and guidance to front line leaders and employees to assist with the prevention and resolution of workplace issues
- Build trusted relationships with all stakeholders through engaging them in the HR Projects and HR processes
- Drive continuous improvement projects that deliver toward the overall HR Strategy
- Provide advice on the interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and enterprise agreements
- Support the HR Operations Manager in rolling out programs and initiatives including those relating to employee health and wellbeing.

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
- Be agile and embrace change positively
- Be self-motivated, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo
- Capability in developing relationships and influencing a range of stakeholders

Personal style will be a key component of the selection process and includes interpersonal skills, a willingness to work with a broad range of stakeholders and communication capabilities beyond the norm. An ability to handle a varied and busy workload, an aptitude for problem solving and demonstrated talent for thinking on one’s feet are essential.
