**Description**:
THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting full time role as Human Resources Generalist within a growing, dynamic organisation. A hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR administrative support to the business.

**This role focuses on supporting all aspects of HR including**: administration + people metrics, policy development, recruitment and selection, learning and development, renumeration, compensation + benefits, performance management, workplace health & safety, and leading end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.

**To be successful in this role, you would need to**:
Provide timely day-to-day HR functions to managers and employees in workforce planning, recruitment and on-boarding, employee and industrial relations, training, performance management, remuneration and payroll, conflict resolution and off-boarding;
Implement and manage Human Resources Information System;
Support employee engagement initiatives and participate in cross functional human resource activities;
Support the broader Zeder Corporation team as required, including managing compensation and benefits, leave and workload support;
Drive recruitment, selection and induction processes;
Manage the contracting process for the workforce;
Contribute to the development and review of HR Policies and Procedures;
Manage the quality and compliance of HR documentation;
Perform regular workforce reporting to management, including identifying, establishing, improving and maintaining systems and processes;
Model and demonstrate constructive working relationships and information exchange across the organisation, including leading key internal communications.

**Skills and Experiences**:
ABOUT YOU
- HR graduate or nearing the end of your HR studies; or a minimum 6-12 months experience in a HR function or equivalent strong administrative role.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Human Resources Information Systems
- Some experience in established HR protocols and functions within a medium/large scale business.
- Attention to detail and sound written and verbal communication skills, project management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working in a manufacturing and/or Automotive environment [preferable]
