Reporting to the Team Coach - Customer Support, your main role and responsibilities will include:

- Answering daily Customer Queries professionally via all communication platforms.
- Liaising between internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Processing of customer payments, balance enquiries and re-financing.
- Help customer fill out loan documentation forms and help with their requests.
- Calculations of customer loans and timeframes around repayments and special offers.
- Ad-hoc customer service and administration responsibilities.
