We’re looking for a Customer Service & Store All-Rounder to join our trade-only hair and beauty supply business. If you’re enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about customer service in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you

**About Costaline**: We are a leading trade-only supplier in the hair and beauty industry, serving hairdressers, barbers, and beauty therapists across Australia. With a cash-and-carry storefront and warehouse, we provide top-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a similar business model involving stock handling, picking, and replenishing.
- Proficiency in working with Inventory/ERP software for a minimum of 6 months.
- Experience in the hair and beauty industry is an advantage.

- A mature and personable personality that resonates well with customers and team members.
- The ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
- Excellent listening skills, coupled with the knack for asking the right questions to comprehend the needs of our customers and business.

**Duties**

As a Customer Service & Store Person All-Rounder, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers throughout the store.
- Picking orders and sourcing stock from the warehouse.
- Organising and maintaining cleanness of product displays in our showroom.

**Position Details**:

- **Position type**: Casual
- **Working days**: 1-3 days per week
- **Hours between**: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- **Starting hourly rate**: $31
