We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive **Customer Service / Order Fulfiment**team member to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working across departments, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support, this could be your next big move.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound customer calls and providing excellent service
- Assisting with order-related queries and processing daily orders/invoices
- Coordinating logistics bookings and delivery inquiries
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable team in following up outstanding invoices
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Managing stock records, inventory accuracy, and incoming goods
- Helping keep dispatch operations on track

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with accounting software such as **QuickBooks** or **MYOB**:

- Solid experience with **Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word**:

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong time management with the ability to multitask effectively
- Positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality

**Eligibility Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid Australian work visa
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred
- Willing to undergo a **Police Check**
