Reporting directly to the General Manager, Human Resources this role will work across all levels of the organisation to deliver operational and strategic HR support, continuing the positive and progressive journey of our function.

You will play a key role in the exciting transformation journey ahead embedding our new technology and processes to realise the benefits for our people and the business.

**The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for**:

- A strong background in HR leadership roles within construction, mining or like industry
- Experience across HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle including; planning, recruitment, engagement, inclusion and diversity, compensation/benefits administration, and employee performance management
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with labour and employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements and workplace investigations
- Leadership capability - coach, mentor and support teams, build capability and achieve great results together
- The ability to balance business and individual needs to create commercial outcomes for all
- A genuine desire to see growth and development and to create opportunities to expand those around them
- Demonstrated previous experience with SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
