**Your Opportunity**:
At CSL Behring, we’re driven by our promise to save and improve lives. We’re looking for Production Coordinators to join our Filling team at our Broadmeadows site. You will lead with purpose, support a high performing team, and help deliver life-saving therapies to people around the world. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Area Manager you will oversee day-to-day operations in our Aseptic Filling area, from equipment preparation to packaging. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and drive continuous improvement across processes and people.

We have three permanent opportunities available:

- 1 permanent night shift pattern
- 2 positions on a rotating shift

Shift timings**:Morning**: 6:00-16:42, **Day**: 8:00-18:42, **Afternoon**:12:48-23:30, **Night**: 20:00 - 5:43

**Your Role**:

- Lead daily troubleshooting and coordinate process improvements, including innovation and optimisation initiatives.
- Support manufacturing transitions, such as technology transfers, capacity upgrades, and standardisation efforts.
- Ensure team readiness through training, compliance with GMP, safety standards, and effective housekeeping.
- Oversee validation, maintenance, and documentation to maintain operational and regulatory standards.
- Monitor KPIs and manage resources, including inventory, staffing, and scheduling, to meet production goals.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement by engaging stakeholders and driving quality and yield enhancements.

**Your experience**:

- A tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
- Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing.
- Experience with quality systems including handling of process deviations, change controls and quality records.
