This is the way learn to swim should be — small, intimate and private so that every child feels safe and at home as we join them on their swimming journey.

**Our Opportunity**

Based in North Strathfield, we currently have an opening for a Receptionist/Administrator to assist in day to day duties.

This position is primarily responsible for delivering effective administrative support and helping around the facility at Jump Swim Schools North Strathfield.

**Key responsibilities would include but not limited to**:

- Administration support with preparation & accurately inputting of invoices, working on site
- Deliver quality customer service internally/ externally
- Help with the errands at the facility.
- Maintaining a clean centre during the shift.
- Opening and closing duties.

**Our Requirements**

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience**:

- At least 1 year of administration experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner. Methodical in your approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Focussed individual with sound attention to detail
- Reliable and conscientious work ethic
