**Company**
Our client is an established Luxury Residential builder who have a strong pipeline of work. They are based close to Bondi and build around the Eastern suburbs and Innerwest mainly on projects valued $1 - $2.5M but up to $6M.

**Job description**
An opportunity has become available for Working Site Foreman or experienced Leading Hand Carpenter looking to transition to Working Site Foreman to work with a great Luxury Residential builder. Working closely with the Director, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

- 60% Management 40% on tools
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
- Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors
- Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
- Accurate Site set-outs
- Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work

**Your Profile**
To be successful you will need to be a qualified Carpenter and have at least 3 years experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter or preferably some experience as a Foreman with a Luxury Residential Builder. It is essential that you have worked on high-end projects from the ground up, valued more than $1 million. Your demonstrated ability to work on the tools as well as manage subcontractors will set you apart.
