Priority Plumbing Coordinator

**Who are we?**:
South East Water Priority Plumbing provides professional and trusted industrial and residential plumbing services to South East Water and its customers. We are managed by IOTA and work closely with the Customer Care, Faults and Emergencies, Property Connect and Land Development teams within South East Water. This is an exciting time to join Priority Plumbing’s team as the business is in a strong phase of growth.

Our supportive committed team work to identify customers’ needs, clarifying information, provide solutions, and secure customer bookings. As a Priority Plumbing Works Coordinator you will be exposed to a breadth of learning opportunities across sewer, water, leaks, property connections and general plumbing. You will have ownership of your daily tasks working independently with the wider teams guidance to complete sales, scheduling, allocation of work, co-ordination, administrative tasks, closing off and collection of revenue.

**The role**:
Other responsibilities of the Works Coordinator include, but aren't limited to:

- Answer phone calls from new and existing customers, providing customers with product and service information, securing the customers booking and assisting customers to resolve any issues or questions they have;
- Prioritise customer and contractor requests;
- Enter new customer information and update existing customer information into CRM systems;
- Identify and escalate priority issues;
- Managing incoming sales leads in our online system;
- Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction with services;
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service;
- Keep detailed notes of all conversations with customers;
- Contribute to and maintain current process documentation;
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target;
- Effectively manage the workflow of the plumbing technicians to ensure optimal productivity is achieved; and
- Develop ongoing business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued provision of services.

**Who are you?**:
To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Experience in making outbound calls to customers, including follow up of sale opportunities.
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Sound computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Works Management and CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to develop and manage relationships.
- Ability to achieve set business goals.
- Problem solving capability and an ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
- Sales and plumbing industry knowledge would be advantageous.
