Iota is a wholly owned subsidiary of South East Water. Established to deliver impact outside of South East Water’s regulatory boundaries, Iota seeks to drive change in the water sector and help it respond to challenges such as climate change. Iota also commercialises game changing digital and circular economy technologies.

**About the role**:
The Customer Liaison Manager will play a vital role in expanding Priority Plumbing’s portfolio and engaging key contractors and customer target groups. You will assist in developing proposals and bids associated with these opportunities and provide support in implementing customer solutions across the Industrial/Asset Connection, Commercial and Residential Plumbing industries.

As the Customer Liaison Manger, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio and engaging with key contractors and customer target groups. Working closely with the Head of Priority Plumbing, you will assist in developing proposals and bids, as well as implementing customer solutions across the Industrial, Asset Connection, Commercial and Residential Plumbing industries.

We are seeing a highly motivated and experienced Customer Liaison Manager to:

- Oversee contractor management and reporting;
- Develop contractor communication and enablement;
- Play a leading role in market development;
- Support service line growth
- Support the Priority Plumbing teams with customer management;
- Ensure team goals and objectives are delivered; and
- Identify and improve processes. Embed changes that results in increased efficiency and improved customer service levels.

**What we need from you**:
If you are a self-driven individual with a passion for customer engagement and service line growth, we would love to hear from you. To be successful in this position you will be a relationship focused, ambitious and dynamic individual. You will have:

- Tertiary or trade qualifications in civil construction or industrial/residential plumbing industries;
- Prove work experience as a Contractor Manager, Business Development Manager or similar;
- Experience in civil/industrial/residential plumbing works and knowledge of industry standards;
- Strong analytical and decision making skills, with an excellent understanding of risk management;
- Experience in data analysis and reporting;
- Familiarity with developing and delivering training;
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action;
- Strong relationship-building skills with the plumbing and/or utility industries;
- Knowledge of the water industry is preferred; and
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce)
