**The Role**

As a Technical Consultant in our Modern Work team, you will use your design and development skills to assist in the implementation of Application Development projects across multiple clients.

Technically, you will need to have experience developing.NET Apps on Microsoft Azure, as well as experience with React and/or Angular, and exposure to PowerApps.

PowerApps are a large part of our offering at Antares Solutions and we understand that it’s a very different platform to raw code. Your intuition and experience with how apps work in general will ensure success in this role.

**Day to day responsibilities**
- Participate in the assessment of the customer environment and their requirements and documents results properly
- Develop Processes and PowerShell Scripts to facilitate the migration of content to Office 365/ SharePoint On-Premises
- Develop components of the technical solution collaborating with Solution Architects
- Work with the customer to understand requirements and make the appropriate recommendations, maintaining a positive relationship with them
- Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements
- Perform tests according to a given test plan and documents results
- Work in a cross-functional and agile team with the architects, other developers, and project manager to deliver effective solutions to a range of business problems
- Proactively keep up to date with the changing technical landscape through training and knowledge sharing

**Required Skills**:

- 2+ years’ experience as a client facing Technical Consultant
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack (SharePoint, Teams, O365, Power Platform)
- Experience with a range of different projects; Small, large, simple and complex
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Power Apps and/or Power Automate
- Extremely key to the role is experience with leading the customer through delivery as well as being hands-on
- Core to this role are your soft skills. You’ll be a people-person with exceptional communication skills, strong problem solving skills, a creative approach and a desire to excel in a consulting environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field

**Highly Desirable Skills**
- We would love you to bring experience with custom development using SPFX, if this is not something you’ve had exposure to it would be a great upskilling opportunity in the role

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
