**About the Role**

The department is responsible for ensuring the team delivers projects with a high level of quality, whilst being accountable for design, build, test and implementation of project outcomes to clients. As a key managed service provider in the market, it is an important function of the role to maintain a core focus around the delivery of Infrastructure Solutions. The role involves leading delivery of large, complex projects while working closely with the team of project engineers. This is a hybrid role reporting to Head - Technical Services.

**Main Duties**
- Perform analysis and review of technical solutions pertaining to commercial, technical, and architectural components
- Oversight and ownership of project delivery for large and sometimes complex engagements
- Working alongside other engineers and project managers to deliver the customer outcome
- Develop close working relationships with our Presales and Sales teams and other business units to drive the success and growth of the PS business
- Provide oversight for the design and architecture for our infrastructure projects
- Able to create and review detailed technical designs
- Provide technical advisory to customers, key stakeholders and teams within the business
- Create technical documentation and transition projects to BAU support teams
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex projects

**About the Role**

We are looking for someone with Architecture, consulting, implementation experience and understanding of Azure, M365, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint technologies as well as Networking and Infrastructure solutions. Key Skills & Experience include:

- 10+ years focused on PS Implementation Projects across multiple technology streams including Modern Workplace, Networking, Cloud and DC Infrastructure
- Ability to design, architect and implement complex infrastructure projects
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot complex challenges during project implementations
- Knowledge and experience working with most of the below technologies:

- Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace (M365), SharePoint Online/MS Teams
- Windows Server and Client, Exchange 2016+/EXO, Mail Security, IDaaS/Azure Identity
- SCCM/SOE/Intune, Citrix/Remote Desktop, Hybrid Cloud
- Knowledge of ITIL procedures, networking practices, Database Technologies
- Networking technologies including Palo Alto, Aruba, Cisco
