Monash Health is excited to announce the role of Health and Safety Manager, a senior safety leader, reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Director, who will lead the Health and Safety Advisory Team to partnering with business leaders to build a strong safety culture through health and safety leadership capability, implementation of the Health and Safety strategy, robust risk management, incident investigation, organisation wide training and organisational safety improvements.

**What You Need**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health Safety / Risk Management in addition to several years of experience in a senior safety management role
- The ability to integrate the safety agenda into the broader organisation objectives in a fast paced environment
- Current driver’s license
- Demonstrated improvements in safety performance and building high performing teams
