**About the position**

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer focused hospitality professionals for our busy breakfast service. These casual opportunities will be responsible for providing our guests with memorable dining experiences. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Setup and pack down of the breakfast buffet.
- Ensuring the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
- Providing table service for beverage orders.
- Providing customers with condiments upon request.
- Promptly clearing cutlery and crockery from tables.
- Resolving customers' queries and complaints.
- Pack down and setup of our restaurant for the lunch service period.
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables.

This position will require availability for breakfast shifts across a 7 day rotating roster. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (school holiday periods and public holidays) is essential.

**Certifications required: RSA (we offer a sparkling wine breakfast)**

**About you**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
- Impeccable presentation and personal grooming standards.
- Experience working in food service is highly desirable.
- Barista experience highly desirable.

**Experience is not essential. We provide full training and will set you up for success.
