**About the position**

Oozing seaside charm, The Anchorage offer some of the best dining experiences in the region.

The Galley Kitchen - Our bright and breezy, all-day diner, offerings include our signature sparkling wine breakfast, a la carte lunch and dinner, and decadent high tea, as well as servicing our pool bar and room service.
Moby’s Bar - Open daily from 3.30pm, the sophisticated Moby’s is home to a selection of the world’s finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines.

- Pool Bar F&B Attendant
- Cocktail Bartender
- The Galley Kitchen - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Wait Staff
- Fine Dining Wait Staff

These casual positions will require availability for a variety of shifts for breakfast, lunch and dinner service across a 7 day roster. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential.

**Certifications required: RSA**

**About you**

We are seeking dynamic individuals to compliment and work closely with our Food and Beverage team in delivering the ultimate guest experience amongst our Food & Beverage outlets. You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy and demanding position.

**What we offer**

This position as been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.
