**About the position**

We are seeking a casual Breakfast Attendant for our "Breakfast on The Terrace" front of house operations. As a Breakfast Attendant, your duties include:

- Providing friendly customer service to our hotel guests
- Table service, taking orders and answering any menu queries
- Preparation of coffees and hot beverages
- High level food delivery
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed
- Clearing tables and cleaning duties

This casual position will require availability for a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential. While this role primarily covers breakfast service, you are also able to work cover shifts in our New Lambton restaurants if desired.

**Certifications required: RSA**

**About you**

We are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment. Good knowledge experience barista experience in a restaurant or café setting will be highly regarded. You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy position.
