**About Us**
On behalf of more than 30 government agencies across South Australia, AGFMA covers asset management for government-owned facilities and will generate a revenue of approximately $300 million per annum over the initial term. We will safely deliver these facilities management services to the community of South Australia, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. **The Opportunity**
Ventia are seeking an experienced Asset Data and Performance Manager to provides effective and efficient leadership within the Asset team. The purpose of the role is to manage the processing, delivery and currency of contractual asset information and performance to support operational asset planning activities in the short and long term. This is a Permanent fulltime role that will see you based in Adelaide.

**Primary responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Lead, manage and mature a team of technical specialists and professional staff
- Lead and monitor updates and development of the Asset Information System and its integration within SAP environment and other relevant systems
- Design and develop processes to enable maintaining consistent and up to date asset records, including new projects and existing assets
- Review and monitor asset performance to identify and manage the development of asset performance driven strategies and improvement initiatives to drive ongoing continuous improvement and meet client asset management objectives
- Direct the design and development of advanced analytics and assessments related to asset performance required to meet client asset management objectives
- Manage asset reporting via Power BI tools) for asset performance trends to enable data driven decision making for optimum asset performance and reliability
- Facilitate and update the monthly contract report to the client

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to manage a group of technical staff in a Facilities Management environment or similar
- Extensive experience in the total asset lifecycle and engineering management
- Demonstrated experience in working within SAP and management of SAP configurations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- High level written and verbal communication skills and ability to create written reports and document processes
