**About the role**:
The Every Body Active (EBA) Program is designed to remove the barriers for people with disabilities to participate in physical activity. The role is client focused, providing physical and emotional support as requested.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support EBA clients to use our facilities including the Health Club, Group Fitness classes and Aquatics/Hydrotherapy
- Personal care (optional)
- Assistance with Mobility transfer
- Manual handling

Training will be provided for these duties.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with people of all abilities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a collaborative team that champions inclusivity and diversity
- Willing to be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of the EBA clients and the program

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven leadership experience and achievement of results in the leisure industry and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Significant experience delivering leisure programs.
- Comprehensive customer service experience.
- Level 2 First Aid with CPR (or be willing to obtain)
- Manual Handling Training (or be willing to obtain)
- Current Driver's license (desirable)

Carnegie Swim Centre (CSC) is a seasonal outdoor pool which has been servicing the community for over 60 years. Caulfield Recreation Centre (CRC) is a fully equipped gym which offers personal training and group fitness classes. With over 1.7 million attendances annually, these popular facilities are widely used by the local and regional community.
