- $33.40 per hour + super

**About the role**
The Every Body Active Team is be responsible for driving Glen Eira Leisure’s Every Body Active programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives and for developing Glen Eira Leisure’s benevolent strategy. This role provides administrative support to the EBA Team Leader to execute this strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise programs and services along with relevant departments aimed at delivering on benevolent goals.
- Assist with ensuring GEL programs and initiatives are consistent with council objectives.
- Provide key information on all initiatives and programs to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist with supporting partnerships with key stakeholders and government organisations related to the goals of this role.
- Ensure standards are high and that the services meet expectation.
- Assist in the development of new programs and services as required.
- Provide leadership and support to the Every Body Active staff.
- Administer a range of programs and services including the Every Body Active programs.
- Assist with the recruitment, training and development of staff and volunteers, facilitating their understanding of procedures and key responsibilities.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to at all times to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Support the maintenance of key relationships with Tertiary providers.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Good computer skills and attention to detail will allow you to perform well in this role as well as flexibility to increase your workload to meet demand..

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in programming within a leisure environment.
- Demonstrated commitment and adherence to organisational values and behaviours and experience in the delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Demonstrated commitment to benevolent programs or initiatives
- Experience in training and educating people.
- Ability to set and achieve goals.
- Well-developed communication, problem-solving and complaint resolution skills.
- Level 2 First Aid with CPR (Or willing to obtain)
