We're looking for a passionate and professional Front of House team member to join the crew at Havilah - a vibrant wine bar and private dining venue built on great food, thoughtful service, and strong community connections.

This is an ideal role for someone who brings energy, warmth, and detail-focused care to service, and who thrives in a small, collaborative team. You’ll be involved in everything from wine service and casual dining to supporting events and tastings.

About the Role Deliver warm, welcoming service during dinner and drinks service at Havilah

Support the smooth running of FOH operations, including setup, hosting, and end-of-night dutiesBuild genuine rapport with regular guests and the local communityWork occasional private dining or event shifts, assisting the events lead as neededBe proud of your presentation and role in shaping the Havilah guest experienceWork confidently both independently and within a tight-knit teamAssist with menu updates (Canva), cleanliness, and maintaining a high standard of venue presentationHelp with tastings, photoshoots, and general duties as required

What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ FOH experience in a wine bar, bistro, or similar hospitality venue

Strong wine knowledge and/or interest in learning moreConfidence with cocktail service and bar supportA genuine love of food and local sourcingA welcoming personality and natural hosting presenceAbility to work calmly and efficiently in a small, high-functioning teamExcellent communication and initiative — someone who actively seeks feedback and growthDetail-oriented with a sense of pride and professionalismExperience with event service is a bonus, but not essential
