**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Casual Front of House Staff. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and have a positive experience at Inside Cafe. Weekend availability is essential for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greeting and Seating**: Welcome customers warmly, escort them to their seats, and present menus.

**Order Taking**: Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.

**Service**: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

**Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to provide information about menu items, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues.

**Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and seating areas.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.

**Health and Safety**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Previous experience in a front of house or customer service role is preferred but not required.

**Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

**Attitude**: A positive, enthusiastic demeanor and a strong work ethic.

**Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Availability**: Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours, including holidays.
