VCAT has embarked on a digitally enabled service transformation focused on delivering enhanced online services for our users, end to end digital workflows in all our lists, and building an empowered and capable workforce who are receptive and ready for change. **About the role** - Manager - IT Business Platforms is a new ongoing leadership position within VCAT IT - This is an exciting time to join the team as we introduce the first phase of our new Case Management System - Undertakes leadership responsibility to provide support and ongoing development of VCAT's business systems and management of the support team. **About you** - Extensive previous experience of managing multi-disciplined technical team in public service environment, preferably in judicial sector - Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills - Relevant tertiary education qualifications or >10yrs experience in similar positions - Experience with agile development methodology in public service sector - Experience establishing development strategies based on sound understanding of best practice in a public service sector. **How to apply** - resume - a short covering letter For further information on the position, please see the attached position description. **Other Information**: Court Services Victoria (CSV) is the employer of staff at all Victorian courts and tribunals, the Judicial College of Victoria, and the Judicial Commission of Victoria.
