**About the Role**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Lead a team providing specialist expertise and support for MinRes health and safety systems, tools, and analytics.
- Defining strategies, roadmaps, and business cases that address HSE challenges through the innovative use of data, analytics, and AI.
- Consulting with stakeholders to identify and scope technical requirements for HSE systems and analytics.
- Implementing a centralised HSE data management framework that leverages modern tools to automate processes, support data asset build and use, and ensure quality.
- Utilising knowledge of data technologies, standards, and management techniques to improve project definition and delivery.
- Designing comprehensive HSE reporting, analysis, and documentation mechanisms.

**What You Will Bring to the Team**

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- A qualification in OHS, Environment, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A Certificate IV or similar in a relevant IT-related field.
- Well-versed in using business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Spotfire, Quicksight).
- Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite of products.
