Accounts Manager - Reseller, Scoresby

**The Opportunity**:
We are currently looking for an energetic, resilient, and driven sales professional to join our team in Scoresby.
Reporting to the Commercial & Reseller Segment Manager for Construction Systems, you will manage the Hebel, Cemintel and AFS product portfolio across Victoria and Tasmania.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Analyse market opportunity & business performance with financial data & reporting systems
- Manage the Hebel, Cemintel and AFS product portfolio
- Identify and secure target opportunities and key contacts
- Manage the reseller channel to market through key account management processes
- Deliver new leads from enquiry to customer secured
- Monitor & report on sales performance with approved distributors and major resellers and key clients in line wiht market activity
- Develop & implement actions to deliver agreed goals & rectify divergence to plan
- Deliver professional presentations, engage in negotiation strategies, whilst drawing on other parts of the business to convert the business.
- Ensure customer account plans & call cycles are implemented & actioned within CRM
- Maintain appropriate debtor management & performance
- Achieve budgeted revenue, ASP, volumes and gross margin targets.

**About You**:
You are a successful sales professional with a proven track record in achieving consistent results, you are known for being a team player who takes pride in providing a first-class customer experience.
You are resilient, with a proven ability to successfully manage client expectations. You will have a positive, can-do attitude with high energy and the will to succeed.

**Background includes**:

- A minimum of 3+ years working in the Reseller / hardware distributor sales segment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales within the VIC independent hardware accounts including major national hardware distributors
- Successful management of channels to resellers market
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- An understanding of technical elements of products to provide support to stakeholders
- Engineering, Business or Construction qualifications (ideal)
