Platinum Placements have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant in our Technical and Professional division based in South Perth.

Your role will be to run a Technical and Professional desk, nurture and grow your client base whilst being provided with the tools and structure to support your success in achieving this. **Essential experience includes**:

- Previous experience in a Recruitment Consultant Role
- Interpreting legislation, awards and collective agreements to work out hourly pay rates
- Ability to identify new opportunities to continually grow accounts
- Negotiating term and conditions with clients in line with company policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional Organisational Skills
- Great Team mentality and goals focused
- Flexible to work around the clock to service great clients
- Passion to work in a fast-paced environment
