As an Employment Relations Researcher, you will be responsible for ensuring that workplace relations advice provided to our clients is correct, by proactively reviewing legislative changes across Australia and New Zealand. Supporting the wider Advice and Consultancy teams, you will play a crucial role in identifying, interpreting, and developing new resources for our teams and keeping up to date of any developments in law and legislation. **In this position you will**: - Proactively review legislative changes across Australia and New Zealand and work with internal teams to determine if changes in our position are required. - Reactively review and observe changes in Workplace Relations trends across Australia and New Zealand and work with stakeholders to determine if changes in the company stance are required. - Using technical legal expertise to interpret the changes identified and work with stakeholders to determine what our stance should be. - Drafting, editing, and proofreading knowledge resources and content for internal stakeholders and clients. - Digest technical information and turn into interesting and engaging content for both internal and external parties. **Your story so far**: - Specialist legal knowledge in workplace relations - Significant experience in interpreting and advising on Modern Awards - Qualifications in law, industrial relations or human resources are preferred - Advanced research skills (legal and other research). - Advanced capacity to comprehend new legal concepts and information quickly, and then communicate about them clearly and coherently. **What Benefits will you get?** *** Working with us is pretty awesome We have a range of benefits that include: - Annual Bonus on the profit & performance of the business - Friday Drinks Trolley & End of Month Social Events - Access to discounted Health Insurance with Bupa & Medibank Private - Discounts on 1000's products from Woolworths & Coles, JB Hifi, Webjet through to fitness & gym memberships - "SnackSure" - our very own version of the local corner store to keep you energised throughout the date - All day breakfast bars - Annual Bonus on the profit & performance of the business Ambassador's Club is the Jewel in the Crown - to celebrate you at your 2 years anniversary you are rewarded with an additional week of annual leave and from there it get's even better.
