**Asset Manager -Global Renewable Energy Developer/Owner - Immediate Start - Contract**

**About the Company**
ACRWORLD is representing a global developer and owner of renewable energy assets, with an impressive portfolio already in operation within Australia. They have excellent financial backing and a realistic/achievable target of operational projects within the next 5 years.

**About the Role**
Based in Melbourne with occasional visits to site, you will provide support in maximizing the performance of operational wind/solar farms. You will have an asset management background within renewable energy in order to hit the ground running. It's an exciting opportunity to join a small but successful team, with scope to grow the Asset Management team as more projects become operational.

**Responsibilities**
- Maximise asset performance
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Budget management
- Act as the interface between site-based staff and the Melbourne
- Manage compliance of assets with development approvals and other legislative requirements
- Manage warranty and operations contracts for assets
- Arranging subcontractors to perform minor works and inspections
- Liaising with landowners and the general public
- Data analysis

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification
- Asset management experience in renewable energy projects
- Strong commercial awareness
- Familiar with Australian regulations
- Data analysis
- Good communication/leadership skills
- Adaptable to different situations
