**Job Title**: Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will lead a team of up to 50 engineers and drive the technical direction of their organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead a team of up to 50 engineers and drive the technical direction of our organization
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
Manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Ensure that our products are secure, scalable, and reliable
Drive continuous improvement in our engineering processes and practices
Mentor and develop our engineering team members

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong technical background, ideally in Java or related technologies
Experience managing teams of engineers with a track record of delivering high-quality software products
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, with a focus on Agile and DevOps
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
