**About the position**:
Reporting into the Online Boutique Manager, the Online Inventory Coordinator will lead inventory management, distribution and loss prevention for merchandise in the Online Boutique. This full-time role will work collaboratively with management ensuring product, merchandise and allocation strategy is executed in a timely manner in line with online strategy and key business dates.

**Duties include**:

- Working alongside the Online Boutique Manager to manage product inventory, presentation standards and loss prevention measures
- Liaise with Merchandise and Distribution teams to coordinate regular stock analysis, replenishment and acceptance of transfers
- Ensuring all stock is unloaded and arranged neatly and clearly in the warehouse
- Assist with PR loans and manage logistics of goods as required
- Action online transfers promptly, clearly and according to process in order to maximise efficiencies of inventory and to achieve sales targets
- Ensure all customer orders and items leaving the warehouse meet the quality control policy
- Complete day-to-day operations in an efficient manner, including, but not limited to; printing orders, picking, scan packing, wrapping orders, store replenishment
- Assist the Retail & Digital Operations Manager to monitor and maintain packaging supplies and complete replenishment for each boutique as necessary
- Experience in a similar role within a retail, warehouse or online environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner, is responsible and highly organized with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and communication skills to ensure luxury standards are upheld
- Exposure to online retail with particular use of Shopify, Apparel21, Microsoft Office 365 or similar is advantageous
- Full-time availability across Monday - Friday
