We span across five showrooms in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, plus e-commerce in Australia, and we are looking to welcome a dedicated Inventory Coordinator to our team based at the warehouse.

About the opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Inventory Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory operations, optimising stock efficiency, and maintaining accuracy across all our locations.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally, collaborating with the different teams across sales, marketing, and production to align inventory management with demand and drive continuous improvement in our processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and implement strategies to maintain accurate inventory levels, including stocktake across multiple locations, dynamic use of ERP system and processes, barcoding and automation systems.
  • Optimise inventory efficiency and levels by analysing stock performance, sales forecasts and supplier lead times through cross functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with showrooms to maintain best practice in inventory management for display sample rotations across new and existing collections.
  • Work closely with Product Development to maintain optimal component stock levels for production.

About you:

The successful applicant will be:

  • Experienced: Proven experience in inventory management or related roles.
  • Educated: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is desirable but not essential.

Attributes we are looking for:

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably experience with Options ERP.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience with barcode systems implementation is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Prior experience with furniture, homewares, or luxury products is a plus.
