**The Position**
In this role you will be responsible for developing, enhancing and delivering high level financial and operational analysis and reporting to a key business unit. In doing so you will be required to partner with key operational stakeholders to provide critical insights, driving profitability identify and drive cost savings, and influence commercial outcomes.

**The Duties**
- Support strategic decision making process through financial modelling & scenario modelling, using your advanced Excel skills, including VBA & Macros
- Provide business partnering support to key operational stakeholders
- Challenge and influence stakeholders and be a true finance business partner
- Develop and maintain business and FP&A and reporting tools and templates
- Partner with IT and data analysis teams across the business
- Support the improvement of existing financial systems, processes and procedures
- Support the implementation of new customer orientated financial systems processes
- Development new reporting and improve data visualisation, data management and process automation
- Provide analysis and commercial advice on trends, and make value-add recommendations
- Perform monthly analysis, reporting and commentary on performance
- Monitor and drive business performance
- Preparation of operational budgets/forecasts and performance reports
- Ad hoc analysis and projects

**Skills and Experience**
To be successful in this role you will be CA/ CPA qualified, have worked in a large and complex commercial organisation, with experience engaging extensively outside of finance with operational stakeholders. Your interpersonal and communication skills are first class, allowing you to gain the confidence of and develop strong professional relationships with those both above and below you. High level Excel skills are essential to your success in this role, and previous experience with large ERP systems is highly desirable.
