So, what’s the job?

You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, and prioritise and sequence feature development and releases leading to significant and tangible business value
You’ll lead the decision making, definition and execution for one or more products or feature areas that impact multiple product development teams or business functions
You’ll focus on building strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business - both within technology and across business functions
You’ll be an advocate for your customers throughout the Cover-More business, ensuring that a high-quality product is produced
You’ll focus in high quality end to end digital experiences for customers, colleagues and partners that are more secure, robust and scalable than ever before
You’ll use customer insights to provide direction for business initiatives, ensuring best practice initiatives are applied

And what are we looking for?

You’ll bring experience leading high performing agile teams, and enjoy fostering an environment where there is diversity of thought
You’ll have a growth mindset, with a focus on delivering great customer outcomes
You’ll be able to showcase your experience leading technology projects as a project, delivery or program manager
You’ll have a strong understanding of API integration technologies/gateways and exposure working across a broad range of software systems
You’ll have strong analytical skills and be comfortable analysing and showcasing data to inform business decisions
You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring together both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all business levels
You’ll have a good understanding of product management
You’ll have demonstrable knowledge and experience in a range of technologies (e.g.,.NET, E5, Mulesoft, Catalyst etc.)
You’ll have strong problem solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively to solve complex problems
