**Your new role**

This is a newly created role within a new domain at the Fund and plays a pivotal role in helping the Fund achieve its key objectives and purpose which is to give members access to the best possible retirement products, services, and support to create a retirement system for all Australians.

As the Analyst, Retirement Management you will work closely with the Senior Manager to help shape the retirement roadmap to deliver the retirement business strategy, and support activities related to the Domain’s business planning and gathering of business requirements for key strategic initiatives that underpin the strategy.

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Supporting the development and delivery of the retirement business roadmap, including documenting requirements and briefs for the Retirement Domain, defining the scope, objectives and outcomes to inform lean canvases and business cases.
- Developing and maintaining an appropriately prioritised backlog of user stories for the Retirement Domain, to assist with planning, sequencing, and understanding of requirements.
- Assisting key stakeholders with monitoring and reporting to track the performance and appropriateness of the retirement income strategy (RIS), which includes monitoring of specific member cohort outcomes and identifying actionable insights.
- Nurturing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the Fund. Assisting with delivering within the team’s annual budget and business plan.

**What you’ll need**
- Deep technical knowledge and experience relating to retirement.
- 3-5 years’ experience within Financial Services ideally superannuation and retirement.
- Business planning and project management experience.
- Superior content development and presentation management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex and strategic matters into clear messages and content tailored for different audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, organisational skills, and a high attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. RG146 desired.
