As the

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in system upgrades and enhancements.
- Test solutions prior to going live.
- Support SQL Server databases, including backups, performance tuning, maintenance, patching, upgrade, and user access.
- Create and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, functions and views.
- Maintain the integrity of database systems
- Document system configuration for the purpose of quality, transparency, knowledge transfer and business continuity.
- Maintain the continued development of Crystal reports.
- Provide user training and rollout of new features, processes and systems.
- Perform and co-ordinate user acceptance testing for upgrades.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience with a strong understanding of relational database administration and support.
- Ideally experience in supporting school information management systems E.g. Synergetic School Information System
- Qualifications in IT Service Delivery E.g. ITIL
- Experience using ticketing tools
- Ideally experience using SQL, MS Dynamics and SharePoint
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
