- This is an exciting leadership role forming part of the wider Operations team where you can bring fresh eyes and make a difference. People leadership, coaching, motivating, and driving change - this role will be the “eyes and ears” of daily and weekly activities, and performance across the blended in office and work from home team. Under the guidance of the Manager, Collections & Financial Assistance, and the Head of Operations, you will be pivotal in helping us continue our journey of high performance. This role will allow you to work flexibly within the office and remotely. - What you’ll do:
- Ensuring core metrics are achieved within our Collections & Financial Assistance team, delivered with empathy, and tailored to each individual customer in their time of need, in line with the Mercedes-Benz brand experience.
- Responsible for driving a high performing, highly engaged team.
- Conducting the agreed leadership activities which may include; a mix of coaching, training, call evaluations, reporting, one on ones, leave management, engagement activities, first line of customer escalation and allocating work activities
- Act as the SME across the team maintaining full knowledge of all systems, processes, reports
- Ensuring all legislative and internal compliance requirements are adhered to.
**Qualifikationen**:
- The skills we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years’ people leadership in a call centre environment, and a strong passion for people leadership;
- ideally focusing within the finance, insurance, banking, or automotive sector
- ideally with experience in a Collections environment
- Highly disciplined with excellent time management and data maintenance skills
- Demonstrated success leading a successful team including; customer experience, high performance, and employee engagement as key attributes
- Demonstrated success with coaching, mentoring, and workflow management
- Strong Time Management skills
