**About the Role**

Join a Traffic Management company who is rapidly expanding throughout Australia.

To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Delivery Officer to undertake scheduling, rostering, customer service, job entry and compliance related activities. You will be based in our Head Office in Geelong reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Undertake scheduling and rostering activities
- Process incoming job bookings including the allocation of people, vehicles, and equipment
- Detailed planning of works and events
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders concerning job planning and progress
- Scoping of works / events and provision of expert advice and cost estimates to customers
- Ensure presence of all relevant inductions and authorisations for resources
- Maintenance of positive and supportive relationship with all clients
- Data entry and administrative duties

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus
- Experience in traffic management is highly desired
- Experience in high volume scheduling work and/or rostering of people and resources
- Satisfactory computer skills. Experience using Traffio is desirable
- Customer relationship and account management experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- A professional approach and an enthusiastic work manner
- Current driver’s licence
