Now we’re looking for a passionate, experienced **Clinical Manager** to take the lead in delivering exceptional, person-centred care for our NDIS clients.

**About You and The Role**

As **Clinical Manager - NDIS Services**, you’ll play a crucial leadership role across our client services. You’ll lead a team of dedicated Client Service Coordinators, ensure compliance, and continuously improve how we deliver care to our NDIS participants.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic **Clinical Manager NDIS Services**to join our growing team on a **12-month part-time contract (0.7 FTE- negotiable).**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead and manage the clinical delivery of NDIS services
- Oversee assessments, care planning, and service coordination
- Ensure clinical compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical practice and client outcomes
- Mentor, develop, and support frontline staff and coordinators
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve systems and processes
- Respond to incidents, feedback, and complex care situations professionally and promptly

**What You Bring**:

- Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Strong understanding of NDIS and disability care frameworks
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or community care setting
- A passion for quality, safety, and person-centred practice
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- NDIS Worker Clearance + Working with Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and Police Check
